Acetaia Malpighi started producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in 1850, when Pietro Malpighi, great-great-grandfather of the current president of the Acetaia, passed to his son Augusto a precious inheritance: the recipe for producing the real and genuine “natural Vinegar”.
All the products derive from excellent quality ingredients: the typical Modenese grapes from the family farm “Tenuta del Cigno”, located in the outskirts of Modena.
